Model : PFR- ON Delay ASP

This is an Auto Start Unit with voltage sensing type Single Phase Preventor. This product turns OFF the 3 Phase Motor during the loss of supply phase and also turns ON the 3 Phase Motor on the arrival of power supply. This product provides the protection to the motor against single phasing. The relay contacts C1 and C2 (Normally Open) will close as soon as the supply voltage in the proper sequence is detected in all the 3 lines. The Preventor ON LED turns ON when the 3 Phase sequence is OK. The preventor ON led turns OFF and C1 and C2 open in case of a loss in phase. The Auto Start ON Led turns ON only for the 5 seconds when the motor ON is attempted. The Switch provided on the device can be used to Turn ON/OFF the Auto Start Unit. The power ON delay for the Auto Start unit can be adjusted by the user between 5 seconds to 60 seconds

Connections:

Red , Yellow and Blue 3 core wires to incoming 3 Phase Supply

Red and Yellow (C1 and C2) 2 core wires in series with the STOP/OFF push button of the motor starter

Red and Black (K1 and K2) 2 core wires in parallel with the START/ON push button of the motor starter

Application:

Naren Auto Start Unit with Single Phase Preventor Model PFR-On Delay ASP is used in the majority of 3 Phase motor starters both as Auto Start and as a mandatory protection mechanism against single phasing. This product protects the motor quickly responds to single phasing by turning OFF the motor starter instantaneously when the single phasing is detected. It also turns ON the motor as soon as the 3 Phase supply is back by checking the incoming power supply. It thus makes sure the motor runs for as long as the 3 Phase supply is present and at the same time providing protection against Single Phasing. The user has the provision to adjust the power ON delay for the Auto Start Unit.

WARRANTY:

This product carries a warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase. Any issues within the warranty period will be attended to free of cost at our works in Bangalore. Post the warranty period, the product will be eligible for the paid service at our works. The invoice copy acts as a warranty card. The shipping of the product for repair will have to be done by the consumer.
